In focused تحقیق و توسعه markets, research projects are directed furtively, and contenders know almost no about the advancement of opponents. How a firm decides to apply its working choices passes on data to market members, among these its rivals. The real options exercise technique is an essential data transmission component. Pariahs find out about the absence of activity by contenders and can fuse it into their guesses about the rivals' sort. This endeavor to gain from contenders’ activities will specifically influence the harmony exercise methodologies. In this paper we expand a model to consider finite horizon real option games under incomplete information with various parameters. In incomplete information games firms’ actions express significant information about profitability to contestants. The encapsulation of this information proposed original blocks in models with strategic interactions. This is because of circularity where best exercise decisions are based on previous decisions taken, which at a given time are quiet to be mentioned because about the dynamic programming principle. We expand an extended version of the Least Squares Monte Carlo algorithm to confront these results. The model can aid in understanding the relation between strategic optionality and information besides how this influences the best decision policy and its value results. We find the informational feature is of great significance for firms’ best decision policy and optimization of project values Manuscript profile

A lot of methodologies for evaluation of the lean transformation have been proposed in the literature, but just a few of them explicit relations among the components of the lean enterprise transformation, with focusing on the priority and identification of the relative weight of each element on the lean transformation have been considered. Therefore, we try to quantify those relations in this study. So, to structural investigate the relationships among the elements, a model is proposed that presents a novel comprehensive insight to the lean transformation process. This study proposed an analytic modeling approach in the lean enterprise transformation to identify the weights of the elements. The goal is to operationalize the highly qualitative relationships among the lean transformation components. In this paper 32 effective factors in lean enterprise transformation, identified as "sub sub criterion" were grouped into eight categories classified as "sub criterion". These eight sub criteria classified through 3 criteria in the higher level which are “organizational asset development”, “quick adaptation to markets and competitive superiority acquisition” and “supply and distribution network optimization These three criteria were proposed as the major criteria involved in "delivery value maximizing", and ultimately, the value maximizing recognized as the main target of the lean transformation in companies. Fuzzy DEMATEL technique and fuzzy analytic network process modeling are used to determine the relationships and the relative weights of each component and then with fuzzy VIKOR method, 25 identified solutions related to conceptual model were ranked for implementing the lean transformation which regard the organizational purposes and the weights of the end level parameters of the conceptual model in a proposal framework. The present evaluating lean enterprise transformation is a comprehensive model that can be applied to different production industries. This model also was investigated in automative parts industry. Successful companies in todays competitive economy are those which are capable to design efficiently, develop and to produce products which are preferrable by customers. This idea shows that there is a need to draw a plan which can meet the needs of the customers and also the plan should be capable to be produced with a competitive cost and quality. Saypa company as one of the greatest car making companies must try hard to produce competitive products and by improving the design of the cars should struggle to reach the best position in the competition. So in order to reach the above-mentioned aims, in this research a merger of the tools for expanding quality proceeds(QFD) and value analysis has been used. Therefore the main goal is to use both QFD and VA theoretically and occasionally. ‘Pride’ as a car with quality problems was chosen and the combined process of QFDVA has been used for designing the outward appearance of this car. Finally, at the end of this research project, one main hypothesis and three subordinate hypotheses has been analyzed . For analyzing the hypotheses the researcher has used a questionnaire among a sample group. For statistical analyses, SPSS software has been used. One of the main problems of QFD is not having the ability to identify the needs of the customers, and that was solved by combining the use of VA technique. Also by using this technique, we can evaluate the value of product designing and we can take action in allocating the resources to identified operations and investments. Manuscript profile

Natural Disasters have always been a part of life on our planet. With human society development, urban areas and Metropolises have not been safe from destructive effects and consequences of disasters. In addition to intensity and extent of disasters, vulnerability of societies has remarkable dependence on proper urban infrastructures, strong structures, preventive programs and appropriate preparation in emergency-related organizations. Occurrence of an onset disaster like earthquake, usually leads to secondary damages in urban areas; they happen for an obvious reason and have specific outcomes. Identification of all significant reasons and consequences results in creating a vulnerability map for urban wards which could be a useful basis for preventive programs. On the other side, one of the most effective and efficient approaches to create preparedness and response plan disaster management organizations, is designing a relief chain with proper logistic modules and devoting responsibilities to authorities, based on data achieved from damage estimation studies. Hence, in this paper, a sequential approach is used to apply geographic information system and eliciate experts' knowledge of urban areas so as to create both damage estimation and vulnerability maps; These information. In turn, help designing disaster management cycle, specifically, Preventive, preparedness and response programs for an urban area. In order to create a better perceptive of the proposed approach, Tehran municipality district (1) is used as a real case study and its vulnerability to a hypothetical earthquake is estimated to create disaster management program. Abstract Portfolio selection is one of the most important areas in financial decision-making; A portfolio of stocks that could bring the highest rate of return and the lowest risk investment for its owner simultaneously. However in choosing the most prefered portfolio just these factors are not decisive and according to the economic environment, many factors can affect this process which should be employed. Therefore, these diversity of factors, bring to the limelight the importance of multi-criteria decision-making approaches. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of this approaches. The main purpose of this paper is comparing the traditional DEA approaches to a new proposed algorithm. In traditional approaches simply assumed that return to scale is constant or variable. This simplification may cause large errors. In the new algorithm by analyzing the behavior of return to scale, appropriate model will be used. As a case study, the models have been solved with real data belonging to Tehran stock exchange and the results have been analyzed. Manuscript profile

According to strategic importance of performance assessment, today a few limited numbers of organizations are going to guarantee the improvements of their personnel’s performance through an appropriate evaluation of their staff. For this purpose, the current research was done in social security fund of Semnan province. This research has followed a descriptive goal (based on a case study) with a comparative logic through a limited applicable process which is considered to be as the most crucial selected method in order to extract the information of documents and the organization. Receipt, tables and diagrams are referred to as the most important tools applied in this paper. The fuzzy data envelopment analysis was selected as the most appropriate method for analyzing the data based on the studies done. The results in this research indicate that the current traditional systems of assessment in the social security fund of Semnan province does not have enough efficiency and it does not have any effect on the increase of willingness and tendency of the staff. Therefore, a new system of assessment which was compiled on the basis of the fuzzy data envelopment analysis was represented to substitute the traditional system. This model had some strong points such as the personnel assessment without the manager`s verdict, having the ability to perform under the circumstance of uncertainly, the probable presence of an ideal virtual unit, and the evaluation of personnel based on the predetermined objects. There is a hope to see this part of the health services management to become more represented in the future by the conduction of the suggested assessment system in the research society. A majority of studies around efficiency assessment just estimate it. Indeed, they don’t address the roots of inefficiency of DMUs. These shortcomings could be resulted from silo approaches conducted by researchers. Our research aims address this gap. We propose a two-stage procedure in which first, the efficiency of bancassurance desks are estimated by DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) and then, roots of inefficiency are identified by a survey designed based on enabler section of European Foundation for Quality Management model (EFQM) and conducted among bancassurance desks employees. This study is applied in terms of purpose, and mathematical as well as statistical in terms of data analysis. The population of this study consisted of all bancassurance desks of BANK MELLAT in 2015. After efficient and inefficient branches of bancassurance have been estimated and ranked, in order to identify factors affecting efficiency, a questionnaire designed according with criteria of EFQM. Reliability of questionnaire was tested by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and normal distribution of data was tested by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The effects of variables (factors) on efficiency were evaluated via regression analysis, then obtained answers were tested for research questions. The results of ranking the impact of factors on the efficiency of bancassurance desks showed that employees, partnerships and resources, products and services, strategy, and leadership are the efficient factors, respectively. Meanwhile, sustainability, especially in production, and progress towards sustainable production have grown in importance for developed countries aiming to overcome their challenges for a sustainable development. Sustainability is an increasingly significant need for human activities, and achieving a sustainable development has turned into a major priority for human development. Sustainable development is a landscape that simultaneously targets social, economic, and environmental issues in general within the process of development. Meanwhile, the concept of sustainable production, which is intertwined with the concept of sustainable development, targets manufacturing companies and service providers. This study is focused on sustainability of manufacturing businesses, aiming to both identify sustainable production constructs, and evaluate and classify programs that can play a more effective role in this regard. First, dimensions and constructs of sustainable production were identified through interviews and relying on repertory grid technique, from the viewpoint of 33 managers in successful industrial production companies with at least five consecutive and sustainable years of activity across Semnan Province in Iran. Then 33 personal repertory grids and a total of 175 primary personal constructs were elicited for sustainable production. These constructs were explored and analyzed, and an aggregated grid consisting of 87 secondary constructs was drawn. Each organization and in general each state, regardless of its activity, size and structure, is trying to improve its performance to the best of its ability to maintain its existence. Many of the criticisms of traditional performance evaluation systems are due to their failure to measure and monitor multiple performance dimensions due to the over-concentration of indices that are lacking in efficiency. In this paper, attention has been paid to the effective components in mapping out the road for improving organizational performance with a special look at the balanced scorecard approach based on resistance policies. Accordingly, a study was conducted to identify the indicators that affect the performance of organizations, and one hundred and fifty identifiers were identified and in the structure of the balanced scorecard developed in the dimensions: 1- Customerism and customer needs 2. Financial empowerment and business Income 3. Main Processes and Support 4. Growth and Learning 5. Effectiveness and Impact on Society 6. Leadership and engagement with business. Considering worldwide development of Maintenance Management models, it is essential for organizations to pay attention to environmental differences among various organizations in order to achieve success and make their required model compatible with specific circumstances of their own organization. In the following research, developing one executive model of maintenance management has occurred applying ISM interpretational structuring theory. In order to achieve this; firstly, the components that have composed maintenance management model have been revealed applying prior studies and interviews. The conclusion of this stage is identifying 56 sub-component and 14 component in the form of 6 essential components. In the next stage, in order to create communication and sequence between the components and constituents, interpretational structuring model has been applied. In the mentioned procedure, the structure of maintenance management has been extracted based on reporters' ideas and performed analysis. The results indicate that six basic components (leadership, foundation, methodologies and foundations, support, improvement and Excellency) constitute fundamental basis of every maintenance management in every organization and other components and sub-components being researched are initiated from these six components and eventually, they would lead to improvement and Excellency of the organization. The different rate of having in factors, including natural, economic, social and political factors, causes or increases regional inequality. Attention to balanced and all-embracing development approach in the provinces, reducing inhomogeneity and inequality, and creating territorial justice, policy and planning for the realization of goals that vary with regard to the structural features, facilities and constraints of each province, requires studying and recognizing the characteristics of each province according to its position in the whole country. In this research, the status of different provinces of the country in the fileds of "social, cultural and economic", "economic and productive" and "infrastructure and technology" were reviewed and compared, in terms of development and progress, by K-means as one of the Clustering Analysis methods. The results of the ranking of the province indicate different positions of the provinces. By determining the level of progress of the province at the five levels, the priorities of the provinces are determined. For example, while the province of Isfahan is classified as a developd province for its infrastructure, it is a developing province in the economic and social indicators. Or Tehran province, while it is a developed province in the infrastructural and economic indicators, it is an undeveloped province, in the social indicators, at the same time. Manuscript profile

Startup accelerator program is a new incubation model to accelerate venture creation providing specialized mentorship, networking opportunities and financing growth driven businesses. Since emergence of the first accelerator in US in 2005, the number of seed accelerating programs has quickly grown worldwide. Performance evaluation of these emerging programs not only could clarify relative success of this new incubation approach but also help out Iranian emerging accelerators to benchmark from pioneers of the industry. The evaluation could also assist startups and entrepreneurs to find out which of the existing accelerators are well-performed and thus ease decision making to select them as their incubator. So in this paper we aim to measure the performance of US top accelerators using a DEA method combined with goal programing approach. The inputs of the evaluation consist of numbers of mentors and startups, investment on each startup in average and in general, and the share of accelerator in startup company. The outputs in turn are different and include number and value of exits, and fund raising. Comparison of the final result with Seed Accelerator Ranking Project (SARP), shows different sorting and it is due the distinct evaluation approach. SARP considers only outputs of accelerators but we take in to account both outputs and inputs in the evaluation which could better illustrate the efficiency of DMUs. Manuscript profile

The supply chain management debate is one of the most important discussions in the organizations. But there are many social, economic, and environmental problems encouraging organizations to use sustainable supply chain management. Because the sustainable supply chain is to improve the long-term supply chain performance to address the social, economic, and environmental problems of the traditional supply chain. Given that supply chains have grown rapidly in recent years, only paying attention to economic performance for cost optimization cannot lead to sustainable development in the supply chain, therefore, the impact of various activities involved in the supply chain on social life and Environmental issues that lead to sustainable development should also be considered. In this research, the goal of evaluation and ranking of sustainable supply chain suppliers is using the data envelopment analysis method. First of all, using previous studies in this area, we first identify the important variables of choosing sustainable supply chain suppliers according to the economic, environmental and social measures for the District 6 water and sewage company. Subsequently, according to an interview with experts in this area, we reduced the indexes. Finally, DEA models were ranked by the suppliers of sustainable supply chain water and sewage companies in District 6 of Tehran as a statistical population. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, with the acceleration of the development of information and communication technology in the world and the need for trade in the presence of banks to transfer financial resources, the importance of using Internet banking has become more prominent. At the moment, it seems that banks have to pay close attention to Internet banking, one of the important branches of electronic banking, and to take more effective steps towards the culture and education of this method. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the expectations of internet banking users and rank the banks based on expectations by fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making methods. Following library studies and expert opinions, user expectations were identified and a questionnaire was developed based on the hierarchical analysis process, and the views of 20 experts were gathered. The results of this method indicate that the criteria for ease of use, access, and professional services have more weights and ranked first to third. Therefore, with respect to the product, prioritizing the expectations of Internet banking users, it is possible to analyze and prioritize different customers, and design and manage the services according to their needs. Strategy is the most crucial long-term source for the growth of organizations; and in the case, that there is a lack, in the implementation of successful strategy, even if appropriate ones are adopted, this process is incompetent. In order to execute and apply these programs appropriately, with the exception of the financial characteristics, organizations must also be assessed simultaneously from other facets. The Balanced Scorecard which focuses on four aspects, such as financial, as a result of performance in the past (past indexes) and the three aspects of, processes, customer, growth and learning and centers on the (future indexes), is considered as a comprehensive framework for assessing performance and the progress of strategy. Moreover, we are aware that many factors have an influence on organizations and some from the viewpoint of control get out of domain, and it is vital that from this angle, the amount of impact is assessed. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is one of the best mathematical methods to compute the efficiency of organizations. In that, the Balance Scorecard method proves to be of high standing for the evaluation of performance, one of its weak points is that, it lacks a quantitative measurement in respect to the organization’s performance in utilizing a mathematical mode. To solve this problem, DEA has been adopted. In this paper, we have attempted to combine these two abovementioned systems and efforts have been made to use BSC as a tool for designing the performance assessment indexes and from DEA, which has been used as a tool to evaluate the performance in the presence of uncontrollable indexes. The food distribution industry is one of the high-turnover industries facing many problems in Iran. This research is done with the aim of designing and explaining the model of marketing and sales strategies in the food distribution industry .This study is descriptive, exploratory and using mixed research method. The qualitative research is done using content analysis and consensus of 11 executive and academic experts. In the quantitative part, 81 questionnaires was distributed between marketing and sales managers of 54 distribution companies. The data are analyzed by structural equation modelling method. The research findings show that marketing objectives, pricing strategies and food distribution strategy are respectively the highest factors of marketing strategy in the food distribution industry and the relationship-based competency of the sales team, the sales team performance and the transformational leadership are the most important factors in the sales strategy. Evidence suggests that the presence of each of the three moderators (the threats and opportunities of new competitors, the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and the influential factors of the post-stagnation era) affects the relationship between marketing and sales strategies. The adoption of a comprehensive approach to the components of the marketing and sales strategies and the coordination between them, taking into account the economic downturn, sanctions and the probable situation of the post-stagnation era, are the most important issues that have so far been neglected in designing the marketing and sales strategies of Iranian food distribution companies. Nima system is an integrated system of foreign exchange transactions. Nima is a platform system that has been designed and implemented with the aim of managing the foreign exchange market. In this system, on the supply side, exporters can sell the currency from their exports, and on the demand side, importers can request to buy foreign currency. Identifying effective actors in each of these markets can have a positive impact on the policies of the main market maker of this system, the central bank.Using social networks analysis (SNA) tools can be a good way to achieve this. Since in these networks each of the actors can only have one of the roles of "buyer" or "seller" and there is only the possibility of trading and communication with the opposite role, these networks can be called bipartite networks. As a result, the usual approaches to identifying effective actors for these networks will not be usable. In contrast to standard approaches, we used a weighted projection algorithm to solve this problem. After projectting each of the two networks of foreign exchange supply and demand, four new networks are created, including the network of seller-exporters, buyer exchange offices, buyer importers, and seller exchange offices. Then We will try to make a method to score and rank the nodes. As a result of the implementation of the algorithm, a ranking was provided for the nodes, based on which the node with the highest rank will be the most important node in our network. Finally, in order to make suggestions to the policymaker, by analyzing the results of the ranking, questions about effective market players were answered. Manuscript profile

Establishment of the modern managerial systems is one of the most important steps for the excellence of organizations. The European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) is one of the technics that has started from Europe during the two recent decades and nowadays many organizations are in the process of implementing this model with- in their managerial domain. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a known nonparametric tool for evaluating the organization’s efficiency. In addition to having the capability to measure the total efficiency of a system, network DEA is able to calculate the efficiency of system components. Since EFQM can be considered as a multi-stage system, existence of network DEA along with it can improve the analysis. In this paper, an integrated model has been suggested based on EFQM and Network DEA for assessing the organization’s operation. For this purpose, at first the EFQM has been considered as a ‘four-stage system’ including leadership (the first stage), activities related to employees, policy, strategy and partnership (the second stage), processes (the third stage), and results (the fourth stage). Then considering 32 sub-criteria in EFQM, input and output variables have been determined for each one of the four stage s and on this basis math form for Network DEA model has been developed for this 4-satge system.
